Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing OntarioGlobalTrade.ca (“the Site”) and/or placing an order, you (“you,” “your,” “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Scope of Service – Canada Only
OntarioGlobalTrade.ca sells and ships exclusively within Canada. Orders with delivery addresses outside Canada will not be processed.
Order Process & Contract Formation
- Your online order constitutes an offer to purchase.
- An order is accepted—and a binding contract formed—only when we email you a formal “Order Confirmation.”
- We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or concerns about fraudulent activity.
Pricing & Availability
- All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice.
- Availability shown on the Site is not guaranteed until your order is accepted.
- In the event of a pricing or availability error, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Payment
Payment is captured at checkout via secure, tokenized gateways. We accept major Canadian credit and debit cards. Your card issuer may perform additional security checks.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms, fees, and typical transit times are outlined in our Shipping Policy (incorporated by reference). Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery.
Returns & Cancellations
Returns and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and Order Cancellation Policy (both incorporated by reference).
Warranty Disclaimer
Ontario Global Trade is not the manufacturer of the products it sells. Any manufacturer warranties apply between you and the product manufacturer.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ontario Global Trade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, revenue, or data) arising from your use of the Site or products purchased, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, and you consent to that venue.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is the property of Ontario Global Trade or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual-property laws.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
