Shipping Policy

Scope

OntarioGlobalTrade.ca ships exclusively within Canada. Orders placed from outside Canada will not be processed.

Service Area

We ship to every province and territory in Canada. Orders delivered outside Ontario and Quebec incur a regional surcharge, which is automatically added to your shipping cost at checkout. The total you see includes this fee, so there are no surprises at payment.

Processing & Transit Times

  • Most in-stock orders are processed and leave our warehouse within one business day.
  • Typical transit time: 2–5 business days, depending on warehouse location and destination.
  • During major sales events and Canadian holidays, fulfilment and carrier transit times may be longer.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we send a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page.
Please note it can take 12–24 hours for initial tracking updates to appear.

Signature on Delivery

All shipments require a signature upon delivery.

Address Accuracy & Rerouting

  • Provide a complete street address at checkout – we’re unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
  • Verify all address details before completing your purchase; once an order is placed, we can’t modify the address.
  • No reroutes are possible after the shipment has left our warehouse.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or if your order arrives damaged, contact our Customer Care team at support@OntarioGlobalTrade.ca with your Order ID. If you’re eligible, we will open a trace or carrier claim on your behalf.
