Eligibility Window
We accept returns of products that are unopened, unused, and in original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Products that have been removed from their original packaging, assembled, or modified
- Bulk or high-quantity purchases
- Any item marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page
Restocking Fee
You’ll be responsible for the cost of the prepaid return-shipping label.
How to Start a Return
- Email our Customer Care team at support@OntarioGlobalTrade.ca with:
- Your Order ID
- Item name(s) and quantity
- We’ll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return-shipping address.
- Return addresses are provided only after an RMA is approved.
- Ship the item(s) back using a trackable method. Keep your receipt until the return is processed.
- Once your return arrives, our team inspects the item(s) to confirm they are in original, resalable condition.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
- Refunds are not initiated while a return is in transit.
- Refund processing time: 3-5 business days after inspection and approval.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original item (if eligible).
