Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility Window

We accept returns of products that are unopened, unused, and in original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that have been removed from their original packaging, assembled, or modified
  • Bulk or high-quantity purchases
  • Any item marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page

Restocking Fee

You’ll be responsible for the cost of the prepaid return-shipping label.

How to Start a Return

  • Email our Customer Care team at support@OntarioGlobalTrade.ca with:
      • Your Order ID
      • Item name(s) and quantity
  • We’ll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return-shipping address.
      • Return addresses are provided only after an RMA is approved.
  • Ship the item(s) back using a trackable method. Keep your receipt until the return is processed.
  • Once your return arrives, our team inspects the item(s) to confirm they are in original, resalable condition.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are not initiated while a return is in transit.
  • Refund processing time: 3-5 business days after inspection and approval.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original item (if eligible).
