Time-Sensitive Cancellation
Orders begin processing immediately after checkout. For that reason, cancellation is time-sensitive and cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed.
How to Request a Cancellation
- Call us on the same day you place the order—ideally within a few hours—for the best chance of success.
- Use one of these methods (have your Order ID ready):

- Email: support@OntarioGlobalTrade.ca
- A Customer Care representative will confirm whether the order can still be stopped.
If Cancellation is Successful
- You will receive an email confirmation.
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method; posting times vary by bank or card issuer.
If Cancellation is No Longer Possible
- The order will ship as originally placed.
- Once delivered, you may initiate a return—subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy (30-day window, unopened/unused items, possible restocking fee).
Order Modifications
We are unable to add, remove, or edit items, addresses, or payment details after an order is submitted. If changes are required, follow the cancellation steps above; then place a new order if needed.
